This card is of Bad Kissingen in Germany. It's a very well known spa for people to go to recuperate and relax.
Empress Elisabeth of Austria, also known as 'Sisi' went there several times between 1862 and 1898.In the year 1864 Bavaria's King Ludwig II spent some time there, as well as many other famous royal personalties.
